Floriana Holiday Home, my new look!

We are pleased to announce that the new restyling of Apartment Floriana has been completed, and your Holiday Home is ready to welcome you.
Here are some photos to show the difference.

DUE APPARTAMENTINI SUL FIUME

Un piccolo cammeo nella valle, col fiume e una bella vista lago, a 200 metri da tutti i servizi e 300 metri dalla spiaggia.
Comodo a tutto ma fuori dal traffico vacanziero, fresco d'estate e mite d'inverno.
Ci sono passeggiate sul lungolago e sentieri sui monti che partono dalla casa.
Sono disoponibili due appartamenti, uno al piano terra e uno al primo piano.
Al piano terra si arriva davanti alla porta con l'auto, quindi adatto sia per chi ha animali che per anziani o invalidi.

HOLIDAY FLAT BY THE LAKE

Barbarano is a small area between Salò (1,100mt) and Gardone Riviera (400mt), ideal position to be close to all the facilities, well connected with public transport, but at the same time out of the turistic caos and yet right on the beach!!
the house is part of a bigger building with a large common garden, however it has it's own private entrance with this porch (ideal for a morning breakfast or an evening dinner...)
Smoking is not allowed in the house, so the porch is usually really appreciated...

In the immediate surrounding you can find
- supermarket
- bakery
- newsagent (with foreign press too)
- bar
- restaurant
- hairdresser
- hospital
- take-away pizza
- car mechanic
- free beach with cabins and shower
- beach park rimbalzello (swimming pool, tennis, beauty parlor, pizzeria, bar, volley, organized beach with shades and sunbeds...)
- bus stops

INSIDE

The room you see here is the main room with cooking area on the left and suspended bed on the right.
The sofa and the armchair double up as respectively double and single bed.  This area has a separate bathroom.
On the right to the main door you have a double bedroom with a second batroom.
The flat is complete with all linen and accessories for beds, bathrooms and kitchen.

  The garden is always well kept and is only used by the few owners of the flats. You can park your car inside or your bike. Children can play in safety as the garden is surrounded by high walls and the gates are kept closed at all time.
The flat access is both from the front (main road) with steps, but also from the back road (car access) therefore there are no structural barriers for wheelchars. There are no steps inside the house.

• impianti sportivi - palazzetto Robur, campi e impianti Rimbalzello
• spiaggia libera con cabine, doccia e fontana, spiaggia Rimbalzello completamente attrezzata con bar e ristorante

• 1,3 km da salò e 400m da gardone riviera con 4 km a dipsosizione di lungolago pedonale

Ideale come casa vacanza per una persona anziana con o senza badante in quanto non ci sono barriere architettoniche e d'estate e' molto fresca.

Ideale come foresteria in quanto si scalda immediatamente d'inverno anche se rimane chiuso per vari giorni. Il posto auto nel giardino interno protegge l'auto se lasciata per giorni incustodita.
